O pior é que parece que foi ontem que eu comecei a escrever. Parece tão pouco tempo, mas aconteceram tantas coisas, minha vida mudou tanto!
E escrever sobre isso foi muito legal e mais legal ainda foi compartilhar esses momentos e (in)experiências.
Agora, todo mundo cantando junto: Parabéns a você, nessa data querida....

thank you so much for the awesome gift!!! i wrote back to your comment on my blog but was not sure you read it. it's fantastic! i love the cup and although i have not tried the tea yet (i want to make it properly), i am so happy because i have been wanting this since the time i went to an argentinean mate tea house in tokyo (which was excellent). but, i don't understand the instructions... does it say to fill the cup with 2/3 of the dry tea and then put water and pour that water out and then put more water? i'm a little confused :( i really want to try it!!!!!

To prepare "Chimarrão" you have to put 2/3 of herb into the "cuia" (cup), close the cup with your hand and make it be in a horizontal position. Then you put some water (hot or cold) into the herb, and it will become large. Wait for 2 or 3 minutes. Fill the cup with hot water (not boiled water), put the pump with a finger closing the hole. The first "mate" is always the worst, because it is cold and bitter. In our tradition the host should drink the fisrt mate to show respect for his/her guests. I know that you´ll prepare very well, so when I comeback would be great if we could sit together to talk and drink "chimarrão".
